Blue Badgers
Marketing Strategy
Challenge:
Blue Badgers is a nationally focused membership platform dedicated exclusively to disabled people and their carers. With a growing member base, expanding partner network, and the upcoming launch of a new app, the organisation was entering its next phase of strategic growth.
To support this momentum, Blue Badgers sought to refine its marketing strategy - ensuring its positioning, messaging, and channel activity fully reflected its ambition, strengthened its competitive differentiation, and accelerated member and partner acquisition.
Solution:
I conducted in-depth market and competitor analysis to understand the broader landscape and identify opportunities to enhance their differentiation. Through collaborative strategic workshops and a detailed SWOT evaluation, we clarified Blue Badgers’ distinct value proposition and competitive strengths.
Building on these insights, we developed an integrated marketing strategy focused on strengthening brand authority within the disability and partnership sectors, and prioritising high-impact channels to maximise reach and engagement. This resulted in a strategic roadmap designed to increase visibility, deepen engagement, and support long-term expansion.
Outcome:
Building on its strong foundations, Blue Badgers further refined its marketing approach to support sustained growth and increased national visibility.
Sharper positioning and aligned communications have strengthened engagement with both members and partners, while providing a robust platform for the launch of their new app.
Ongoing strategic support ensures their marketing presence continues to reflect the scale, credibility, and ambition of the organisation.
